JAWA Off Road Campers takes its name from owners Jay and Wayne Hinchsliff. The current owners originally visited JAWA to purchase a 2019 Hybrid of the Year, the TRAX 12, and were so impressed by the quality that when they discovered the business was for sale, they purchased it on the spot. It became a true family operation — their daughter Emma and her husband Scott joined a few months later, followed by youngest son Matt.

JAWA is a 100% Australian-owned and operated company based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. All Jawa campers are built in China to Australian specifications, with finishing done at Jawa’s Australian factory. The company has showrooms and service centres in Sydney (NSW), Northern Brisbane and Townsville (QLD), Perth (WA) and Melbourne (VIC).
