Prattline RV

Background

The Prattline name has deep roots in South Australian caravanning history. The original Prattline caravans were manufactured by Dick Pratt in Elizabeth, South Australia, from at least the late 1960s through the 1970s and beyond. Prattline was an ingenious design termed the “Low Tow” caravan — the top half folded down over the bottom half, creating excellent aerodynamics and a low centre of gravity compared to standard caravans. Vintage Prattline models from 1978 are still documented as being in remarkable condition decades later, with owners who refuse to part with them.

The modern Prattline RV is described as a 21st-century remake of the classic Aussie collapsible caravan concept. The new operation builds adventure-ready off-road caravans with substantial off-grid specifications.
