Background

Willow RV was founded in 2017 by Ian Jow and Eddie Wills. The company operates from a purpose-built 2008sqm facility in Pakenham, Victoria equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery. A team of 20 produces approximately 100 caravans per year.

Manufacturing

All caravans are manufactured at their Pakenham, VIC facility. Chassis are designed by Willow RV and manufactured by Rollcraft in Melbourne. Their tree-themed model range includes the Boab (off-road), Conifer, Ironbark, Waratah, and Illawarra. They also entered the motorhome market in 2025 with the Kauri 25 Series on Iveco Daily 50C chassis. The facility includes an indoor showroom, accessory shop, and service centre.

Market Position
